The Inbox tab is where any letter that is set to Manual in Letter Control will sit.
From here, you can view a PDF of a letter and then set the one-off action to send to Client, Manager, Manager & Client or Archive;
There is a date filter;
Bulk send option;
And full search functionality;
Once an action has been taken from the Inbox, the letter will automatically be sent to Archived.
