This is where you can amend the email templates to be sent with certain letters to reflect your own brand and wording.
There are 2 letter types which are sent to Clients from Letter Control;
- IRD Letter
- IRD Bank Letter
We would recommend adding in your contact details to the main body of the text so that your clients can reach out directly should they require assistance with any aspect of the received IRD correspondence.
You can change the subject line of the email to suit the practice's requirements. Please note that on saving the new subject line, you also need to save in the bottom right hand corner for the confirmation modal to show;
