This is where you can add, remove or edit other practice users who manage tax letters.
Our definitions of users within the app are as follows;
- Owner - the person who signed up, can't be deleted. If the owner needs to transfer to someone else, please email us at support@pluginaccountant.com with the request
- Admin - users with access to the Operations Settings page as well as Tax Admin. Can add and delete other admins and users. Admin users will have an 'ADMIN' tag next to their name
- Users - only have access to the Tax Admin page. Cannot delete or add others. No tag next to their name
How to add a new user
- Click on ‘Add new practice user’;
- Complete the pop up box and press ‘send invite’. This will be greyed out until all fields are populated
- The invitee will receive an activation email that will require them to set up a password. Once done, they will be able to log into the App
- Click the Administrator box if you want that user to be able to access to the Operations Settings page as well as Tax Admin. They will be able to add and delete other admins and users
- You can add as many users as required
- You can check if the invite has been received and actioned, resend the invite, delete the user and edit details eg. email address;
